Reckoner Specs:
intell 6700k (stress tested and its fine)
asus z170a motherboard
SSD
16gb of ram (already tested and it fine)
recently clean installed windows 10 (i hateful fully)
Windows ten 1809 (Bone Build 17763.316)
Equally stated in the Title the Internet speed on my computer is Much slower than other every device in the house.
whenever i exam my computers speed i get around fifty - 150 mbps merely on the other devices on the house i border 270 - 300 mbps.
Devices that tested for 270 - 300 include:
2 ipads, ipad pro 2016 and the regular 2017 ipad
iphones, both iphone 6s pluses.
another PC running windows 10
These are the things that i accept tryed and so far:
- Flushed DNS
- reset tcp ip stack
- tryed a different NIC (that i knew worked on some other PC)
- restarted Modem and router
- reset router to factory defaults
- reset network settings in windows
- all the things listed on this site https://world wide web.saintlad.com/ho-hum-internet-on-windows-10/
- tryed a clean boot (diabling all non windows services and start up programs)
- tryed a speed test in safemode with networking
- reset my hosts file
- uninstalled AV
- disabled my Firewall
- ran multip virus scans and Malware bytes anti rootkit
- uninstalled a few programs like itunes
- updated my ethernet driver from my motherboards manufacter website
- reset BIOS to factory settings
- Checked for a BIOS update
- tryed running the computer and iphone through a VPN which still had the aforementioned effect (my comp was alot lower so the iphone)
- tryed runnng the speed test in a deiifent browser
- use the speedtest.net plan with no browsers open
- ran the test in an incognito window
- tryed the ethernet cable with another PC (worked fine on the other PC)
Im honnestly at a loss, all that i can think of now is that its my motherboard itself.

Delight go download TCP Optimizer Y'all must put information technology on your desktop to be able to "run as administrator" (otherwise, no changes to your computer TCP settings is possible) . Let u.s.a. know when you have it downloaded. I volition prepare the ii snipping tool pics of the best settings I have found.

accept you ever heard of DNS Benchmark? Click on "Nameservers" then "run benchmark" Become in to your router and ready the fastest as number 1 the number 2 to the 2nd...and so on. That way you are on the fastest DNS server of the 24-hour interval.

these two instructions should be in reverse order from what i posted. You should before all this type Windows + R keys together and and so type in the box.. ipconfig /flushdns before doing whatever of the next posted instructions and then in reverse social club ...DNS benchmark 1st, then TCP Optimizer for all-time results.

Ok. Missed that...my bad. The TCP Optimizer program is very powerful. Here is the hidden secret of the gaming customs speed instructions.. The all-time style to alter the speed your Isp says you tin become are to follow a few guidelines. Cnange your bodily network adapter settings in the ways talked almost in the "speed instructions" link to a higher place. Make certain you are set to gigabyte speed if applicative. make sure your router is at least capable of getting 5 ghz. Newer routers are on the 5 ghz side not the 2.4 anymore.

Ok then i did what yous said, i used DNS benchmark and it said the lowest 1 was one.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 wich coinidentially i was already using. and after the TCP optiomiser stuff there was yet no chnge to the speed, tho the latency went down a bit.
